Is Palworld on Mobile Yet? Sorry, Your Fingers Will Have to Wait!
January 31, 2024Palworld, a popular PC game, has become a target for scammers who are producing fake mobile apps using its name and product images. These fake apps are designed with a malicious purpose in mind, and downloading them may lead to the leakage of personal information stored on your smartphone or to fraud. The developer, Pocketpair, has warned the public to steer clear of these apps, as they are not affiliated with the company in any way.
One of the bogus apps, "PalWorld," is now featured on the iOS App Store as a game that would be released shortly. However, the listing also states that the program was created by a developer named "Oleksandra Kryvcun," who works for a company called "Blue Ridge Gutter Cleaning LLC." This strange listing has raised suspicions among users on Reddit, who have been warning other gamers to stay away.
Another fake app listed on the iOS App Store is called "PalsWorld Collector," but it features entirely different graphics from the original game.

There is no Palworld application for phones. Apps using names and product images such as "パルワールド" and "Palworld" are appearing on the AppStore and Google Play, but they are not affiliated with our company in any way.
We have reported this issue to Apple, which…
To combat these fake apps, Pocketpair has reported them to Apple and Google for takedown. However, it remains unclear when or if Palworld will ever be available on mobile. So far, Pocketpair has not mentioned bringing the game to other platforms, except for Xbox Game Pass.
It's ironic that Palworld has become a target for scammers, given that Pocketpair has been accused of copying Nintendo's Pokemon franchise to create the hit game. Last week, Nintendo's Pokemon division revealed that it is looking into Palworld for possible intellectual property infringement.
In conclusion, if you're a Palworld fan, you should be cautious when downloading any mobile apps claiming to be affiliated with the game. Stick to the official channels and wait for Pocketpair to release an official mobile version, if and when they do.
